We believe that understanding how people think, behave, communicate and make decisions is essential to professional excellence.
Our approach combines practical insurance experience with the latest thinking in behavioural science, applied psychology, neuroscience and leadership development.
We challenge assumptions, encourage curiosity and create learning experiences that are relevant, intellectually stimulating and immediately applicable.
Whether working with underwriters, claims professionals, brokers, executives or emerging leaders, our goal is simple: to help people think more critically, communicate more effectively and make better decisions.
Notice → Question → Decide → Perform.
The identity is a premium serif wordmark. Navy communicates trust, expertise and authority; orange introduces curiosity, energy and insight. The orange ‘io’ is the signature element and can operate independently as an icon for social profiles, favicons, presentation corners and other small-format applications.
The ‘io’ has several useful layers. It is visually embedded in Insuriosity; it evokes inquiry and openness; and it carries a subtle input/output association familiar from technology — a simple human-performance journey. The identity avoids conventional insurance imagery such as shields, umbrellas and handshakes: the wordmark, typography and ‘io’ signature do the principal branding work.
